I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement ~
for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
oonduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size af or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachme~t of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, vim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, arer, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:
