All that part of the South S00 feet (measured along
the right of way line of State Road A-1-A) of
Government Lot 2, Section 12, Township 37 South,
Range 41 East, lying Easterly of said Road A-1-A,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto
the said ROBINSON CALLEN, as Trustee, and assigns, forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and
every part thereof; Provided, always nevertheless, that nothing
therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ~
effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining ~
part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any `
of the rights and remedies of the holder hereof.
This is a Corrective Partial Release of that certain Partial
Release of Mortgage dated May 10, 1973, and recorded in O.R, Book 214,
