AMENDMENT
TO
LEASE BETWEEN LANDMARK VILLAS, INC. AND PROPERTY b1ANAGEMENT GROUP, INC.
This is an Amendment to the Lease dated January 23, 1970,
recorded in O.R. Book 182, Page 1373, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The parties hereto executed a lease agreement dated
January 23, 1970, which such lease was recorded in O.R, Book 182,
Page 1373, Public Records of St. Lucie County, and said lease was
subsequently amended as set forth at O,R. Book 187, page 2799 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated August 19,
1970, and Property Management Group, Inc,, has subsequently Assigned
said lease to ROBINSON CALLEN, as Trustee, as set forth at O.R. ~
Book 191, page 238, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, dated March 16, 1971, and being desirous of changing certain
of the provisions thereof, do further amend sucli lease and Amendment
in the following respects to wit: -

1) Paragraph 1. Description. The lease is hereby amended S

to cover the real property described on Schedule "AA" hereto attached ~
i
; and by reference made a part hereof, The real property described in
~
j the original lease and as further described in that certain Amend- ~
~
~ ment to Lease dated August 19, 1970, and filed in O.R. Book 187,

~ Page 2799, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is

~ no longer subject to the terms thereof. '

~ 2) Paragraph 3. Lease consideration. This paragraph of
~ the lease and above Amendment is hereby further amended to read
