as follows: An annual rental of Three Hundred Dollars (~300,00)
per condominium unit for each unit situated in Parcels Numbers 2
and 2 of Schedule "AA". An annual rental of Four Hundred Dollars
($400.00) per condominium unit for each unit situated in Parcels
;~umbers 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Schedule "AA".
Paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2 shall r~ot be amended. Paragraph
3.3, shall be amended so that "Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00)
per annum per condominium unit" shall be substituted for
"Three Nundred Dollars ($300.00) per annum per condominium unit",
whenever any condominium unit situated in either Parcels 3, 4, S or
6 of Amended Schedule "AA" is actually sold. The remainder of
Paragraph 3.3 shall not be amended.
Paragraph 3.4 is not amended. ~
3) Except as above provided said lease and all terms
thereof are to remain in full force and effect.
