This is an Amendment to the Lease dated January 23, 1970,

recorded in O.R, Book 182, Page 1384, Public Records of St. Lucie ~

County, Florida,
The parties hereto executed a lease agreement dated
January 23, 1970, which such lease was recorded in O,R, Book 182,
Page 1384, Public Records of. St. Lucie County, and said lease was
subsequently amended as set forth at O.R. Book 187, Page 2804 of
,
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated August 19,
i
1970, and being desirous of changing certain of the provisions
thereof do amend such lease in the following respects to wit:
1) Paragraph 1. Descriptio~. The lease is hereby amended
to cover the real property described on Schedule "AA" hereto attached ~

and by reference made a part hereof. The real property described in

the original lease and as further described in that certain Amend-
~ ~
f inent to Lease dated 4ugust 19, 1970, and filed in O.R. Book 187, 4

Page 2804 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is ~

! no longer subject to the terms thereof. ~

~ 2) Paragraph 3. Lease consideration. This paragraph of the
