3.3', shall be amended so that "Four Hundred Dollars (5400.00)
per annum per condominium unit" shall be substituted for
"Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per annum per condominium
unit", whenever any condominium unit situated in either Parcels 3,
4, S or 6 of Amended 5chedule "AA" is actually sold. The remainder
of Paragraph 3,3 shall not be amended.
Paragraph 3.4•is not amended.
3) Except as above provided said lease and all terms thereof
are to remain in full force and effect.
