A Declaration of Condominium of VILLA DEL SOL, INC.,
has heretofore been filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida in Official Record Book 182, Page 1323, and -
has subsequently been twice amended as set forth at Official
Record Book 187, Page 2794 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as set forth at Official Record Book 208, ~
Page 1480 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and as provided for in Paragraph 8 of said Declaration of Condo-
minium, the Declaration is hereby further amended as follows:
1) Schedule "A" attached to the Amended Declaration
as set forth in Official Record Book 208, Page 1480 of the _
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, is further amended
by changing the legal description of Parcels 3 through 6 to read
as set forth in Schedule "AA", hereto attached and by reference
made a part hereof.
2) The plot plan described in Paragraph 4 of Declaration
, is further Amended in the manner shown on the plot plan filed
~ simultaneously herewith in Condominium Book~_, Page~,

} of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Said plot
~ plan is incorporated into this Amendment specifically by reference,

~ 3) Paragraphs Seven (7) and Twenty (20) concerning insurance
~ rights is amended to reflect the fact that the individual units 2ocated
~
in Parcels 3 through 6 are twice the value of the individual units in °
~
~ Parcels 1 and 2, accordingly: each individual unit owner in Parcels 3
~
~ through 6 shall be assessed for insurance coverage at a rate equal to
~
~ t~aice that amount-assessed to the individual owners.in Parcels 1 •

and 2, and the owners in Parcels 3 through 6 shall be entitled to
