ments on Parcels 3 through b, accordingly: each individual
condominium owner in Parcels 3 through 6 shall be assessed
an annual ground rental of $400.00 per year, As to individual
condominium owners in Parcels 1 and 2, the annual ground rental
of $300.00 per unit shall not be altered,

5) As to all other common expense and common ownerships ~
except as mentioned in Paragraphs 3 and 4 above, the Declaration
shall be unchanged. All other provisions of this Declaration
of Condominium are herein confirmed and shall.remain in full
force and effect except as specifically amended herein. ?
