RIDER/TO FINANCING STATEMENT (Fornn UCC-1) . Ttie Financ ing Statement
covers the follawing types and items of property:
All property rights of any kind whatsoever, whether real, personal,
mixed or otherwise, and whether tangible or intangible, encvmbered
by that certain Mortgage dated June 4 , 1973, from the ~
Debtor herein in favor of the Secured Party herein, and encumbering
that certain parcel of real estate more particularly described in
Exhibit "A'', attached hereto and made a part hereof, including the
following:

1he abstract of title covering said real property, and all fur~iture, '
furnishings, fixtures, goods, equipment and inventory, together with
any proceeds thereof and any replacements thereof, which are now or
may hereafter be located on said land and the fixtures attached ~
thereto, also together with alI and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any way
appertaining, and the rents, issues, and profits thereof, and also
all the estate, right, title, interest and all claims and demands
whatsoever, as well in law as in equity, of the Debtor in and to the
same, and every part a~d parcel thereof, and also all gas and electric
fixtures, radiators, heaters, air conditioning equipment, machinery,
boilers, rangea, elevators and motors, bath tubs, sinks, water closets,
water basins, pipes, faucets, and other plumbing and heating f ixtures,
mantels, refrigerating plants and ice boxes, window screens, screen
doors, venetian blinds, stornn shutters and awnings, which are now or
may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in, or on said premises,
even though they be detached or detachable; and the hazard insurance
policy covering said premises, together with any and all extensions
and replacements thereof, and any and all rights thereunder; and any
and all righta of subrogation provided by said Mortgage, or arising >
thereunder; any monies in any escraw accounts established or accrued ;
pursuant to said Mortgage; any property or other thing of value `
' acquired with or paid for by any future or further advances pursuant
! to said Mortgage; and any damages awarded pursuant to condemnation ti
