For and in consideration of the sum oF $1Q.Q0 and other good
and valuable consideration to Boise Cascade Corporation, Kingsberry
Homes Corporation, Kingsberry Homes, and Boise Cascade Manutactured
Housing Group, in hand this day paid, the receipt of which is hereby '
acknowledged, I, Emory C, Teel, III, as attorney for the aforementioned~
corporations, and in accordance with § 713.21 (2) of the Florida

Statutes Annotated, hereby release the property hereinafter described +
from a certa~n lien filed by me in the.office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the lst day of June, 1973,

for the sum of $8,092.88 due March 23, 1973,for labor on said property;
and I hereby declare said lien fully satisfied. Said property is de-

subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
