Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
~rbert Wollmann, a/k/a H. H. Wollmann, and L uella Wollmann, his
wife. who, upon being duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. Affiants state that they are one and the same individuals, ~
together with Dale V. Cline and Rita W. Cline, his wife who executed
those certain warranty deeds dated the 13th day of July, 1960, and the
29th day of JuZy, 1960, recorded in OR Book 260, page 27, and OR Book ~
260, page 497, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That by those certain warranty deeds hereinabove mentioned,
said affiants intended to convey the above captioned property to Time
Credit Company, a Florida corporation; however, said deeds were ineffect-
ive in that the legal descriptions were incorrect.

3. Therefore, it is the intent of the affiants herein to ~

place in the public records of St. Lucie County, FZorida this affidavit, ~
whereby it is indicated that the above captioned property was in fact
the property which the affiants intended to convey. ~
Further, affiants sayeth not. ~
