certain rortgage note and mortgage agreement, whicn was recorded in Officiai
Ebecord Dook 208 , Page 2801 of the Public P~cords oE St. Lucie
Caunty, Florida, being described as follows:
Lot 11, Block 260, PQRT ST. LUCIS, SECTION 7WSNTY FpUR, aceording
to the plat thereof, reoorded in Plat Book 23, pages 31 and 31A
thru 31C of the Public Records of St. Lucie Dounty, Florida
WI~REAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change sone of the
tems and prov3sions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the
true, complete and intended aqreement between the parties:
NOW, TI~REEOR:, in consideratian of the mutual covenants herein contained

The first montnly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day
of May, 197~ and the final monthly payment is s~own to be due
