says:

THAT together as husband and wife, they purchased and
acquired on January 18, 1949, title to a parcel of vacant
land, lying and being in the County of ST. LUCIE, State of
Florida, legally described as follows:

HARrtONY HEIGHTS, said plat having been recorded in the
office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, Ft. Pierce, Florida,
