KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savi~gs and Loan Association of St. lucie Counry, a
corporation under the laws of the Unitcd States of America, the owner of a ce~tain mortgage given by Phi 1 P,
Petersen and Opal F. Petersen, his wife dated July 8, 1971 , and recorded
in the public reco~ds of St . Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book ~ 93 on page
24 t 3 , securing the payment of the sum of

coveri~g property in the County of St . Luc i e , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the noie secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises desc~ibed therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
