corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Sam C. Gay
and Margaret W. Gay, his wi fe dated ~u~Y ~7, 19 68 , and reco?ded
in the public records of St . Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book 172 , on page
2265 : securing the payment of the sum of :

has received fuil payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the nore secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and retease and quit-claim all right, title and interesl conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said Counry to cancel the same of record.
