WHEREAS, The State of Florida, through the State of Florida Board of
7rustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, by ~~R~ Qeed No.424

a certain parce] therein described and sub3ect to the reservation for State 1
Road Right of Way as therein defined (the last recorded owner of the title i
of said property now being Ed Sclmitt, Jr.

WHEREAS, The State of Florida Oepartment of Transportation has advised #
that the property hereinafter described is not necessary for highway pur-
poses, and has approved to the extent hereinafter set forth;
NOW TNEREFORE, The State of Florida, through the State of Florida 8oard
of Trustees of the Internal Im rovement Trust Fund, in consideration of the
sum of fifteen Oollars (E15.00~ and the foregoing considerations has remised,
released, and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and
quitclafm unto the said Ed Schmitt, Jr.

~ and his heirs and assi~ns forever all rights, titie, interest,
claim and demand arising out of the following reservation, to-wit:
RESERYING UNTO THE STATE OF FL~P,IDA easement for State Road Right~of
Nay Two Hundred (200) feet wide lyinc~ equally on each side of the
centerline of any State Road existinq on the date of this deed throu h
so much of any parcel herein described as is within One Nundred (100~ ~
feet of said centerline,
as contai ned i n that certai n~(~(1( Deeci P~o. 424 as to so much of
said right of way described as follows:
Reiease ai1 of said reservation insofar as same affects Lot l, Block 3, ;
fYebraska Court, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Sook 5, page 48, ~ i
of the Public Records of St. Lucfe County, Florida.
