After our recent conversation concerning a ne~r boiier for your packing
plant we are pleased to quote you as follows:

We wiil fu~nish and install one (1) new Superior 250 H.P.. 125 pound
~rorking pressure Scotch Marine type boiler canplete r+ith onc (1) i~dus-
trial combustion, modei D105, forced draft ca~.bination yas and oii burner
~ tomplete wi th al 1 controls for an autar~atic oper~tion an ~t5 fuei oi 1 and
LP gas .
Boiler will be equiped aith One (i) MtDonneli Killer 1S7 pump and low
wa~ter cut off control and one (1) probe ty;.e low Nater cut off control.
Boiler will be insulated on the outer shesl ~,ith tibe~glass insulation
and a metal jacket.
This boiler has 127b squa~e feet of heat~ng surface.

We will furr~ish and install one (I) boiler feed ~u~~p a~d 7~ H.P, elettrit ;
motor anu eiectric starter. One (1) 2$0 gailon r,,ake up tank complete with
automatic float valve gu~ge glass set strainer and valves.
We will furnish and install one (1) stub s~:oke siack canplete with r~in
cap and rain collar painted with two (2) coats of f~eat resistant pai~t.
This installation complece as outlined, guarar.trec: ayainst defective
~ material for a pe~iod of one (1) year fro~ da~e of installation and labor
for a period of ninety (90) days from date of ea,~pletion for tha s~n of
~ S2 plus staie saies tax.

~ Alternate 1~1 - We will furnish and install one (1) Milton Roy chewical
feed aump complete with electric motor and one (1) 50 gallon chemiul
~ tank, all piping and valves for the sum of 5520.00 plus state sales tax. }

~ You r+ill furntsh all 'fou~dations and buildinys,,electric servic~ and wat~r
~ supply to boiler room. Ye will leave your old boiier as is for sta~d by
~ service.
