2. All obligations of the decedent have been paid and the Estate is
not indebted; and
3: The averments of the Petition are true, no material facts have
been concealed and the Estate is fully entitled to an Order of Administration

not indebted, the aggregate value of the Estate does not exceed $5, 000. 00,
and administration of the Estate is not necessary. It is further •
