understood and agrced that a11. of the Property is and shall
be deemed to bc an integral part of the real estate and, whether
affixed or annexed or not, shall, for the purpose af this Mort- -
gage, be deemed conclusivel.y to be real estate and conveycd by
this instrument. The enumeration of any specific articles oi
pro~erty shall not excl.ude any items of property not specifically
mentioned. All of such real, personal and mixed property herein
described, wh~ther af iixed or annexed or not, and all righ ts
hereby convcyed and mortgaged are intended so to be and are to
be deemed included in the term "the praperty" as used herein.
To have and hold the Property unto the Mortgagee, its
succe;sors and assigns, to its own proper use, benetit and
behoof forever.
All indebtedness secured hereby shall be payable at 1111
Hartford Building in Dallas, Texas; and, unless otherwise provided
in the instrument evidencing said indebtedness, shall bear interest
at the same rate per annum as the L1ote bears, from date of accrual
of said indebtedness until paid. If the Note or any other indebted-
ness secured hereby shall be col.lected by legal proceedings or through
a probate or bankruptcy court, or shall be placed in the hands of an
attorney for collection after maturity, whether matured by the ex-
piration of time or by the option given to the Mortgagee to mature
same, Mortgagor agrees to pay reasonable collection expenses and
attorneys' fees, if permitted by lac~, such sums to be a part of the
indebtedness secured hereby. This Mortgage shall also secure all
renewals and extensions of any of the indebtedness secured hereby.
