in such case the purcha~er at such foreclosure sale shall take title
to the above-described property subject to ~he Other Mortgages
~ withouL any further or continuing obligation on the Mortgagee to
make any payments on the first lien notes.
Nothing contained herein or iA the Note shall impose
any personal liability on the Mortgagee to make payments on the Other
Notes or create any obligations with respect-thereto in favor of any
party other than Mortgagor.
Except to the extent the laws of Florida must necessarily
apply to the enforcement of this Mortgage and the rights of the parties
hereto, this Mortgage shall be governed by the laws of the State Qf
