WHEREAS, FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, mortgagor, by Indenturc
of Mortgage bearing date the 30th day of May, A.D. 1972, and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 203, Page 1332, mortgaged unto
FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BAN1: OF MILWAUI~:E and assigns, mortgagee, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Two Million
~ao Nundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,000.00) with interest as ther~ir. mentioned;
AND WKEREAS, the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION, has requested
the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE:~ KNOW YE, That the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF
MILWAUKEE in consideration of the premises set forth herein and of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideratfon to it paid by
the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim,.exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage
unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGT ION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by
said mortgage, to-wit:

according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records
Book 197, page 1482, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 198, page 996, .
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and further amended by
instrument recorded in Official Records Book 211, page 6, of the Public

not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
