WNEREAS, fiORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION, a mortgagor, by Indenture
of Mortgage beuring date the 30th day of May A.D. 1972, and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County.of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in Official Recards Book 203, Page 1332, mortgaged unto
FIRST WISCONSIlV NATIONAL BAN1~ OF MILWAUKEE and assigns, mortgagee, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of 1~io Million
Z~ao Nundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,000.00) with interest as therein mentioned:
AND W~REAS, the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORAT ION, has requested
the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BAIv'K OF MILWAUKEE to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage;

MILWAUKEE in consideration of the preinises set forth herein and of the sum of

hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exonerate and dischar~e from the lien and operation of said mortgage
unto fihe said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTIQN CORPORATION its heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or txact of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by
said mor[gage, to-wit;

according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records
Book 197, page 1482, of Che Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and further amended by
instrument recorded in Official Records Book 208, page 781, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto,
together with an andivided interest in the common elements and limited comnon
el.ements thereof.

TO NAVE AND TO H~LD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
FORT PIERCE CONSTRIIGTION CORPORATIO:~ its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every
part thereof; Provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained
shall in anywise impair impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Pfortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises
not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
thereof. • ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE
has caused these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal
to be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, this
