WHEREAS, FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, mortgagor, by Indenture
of Mortgage bearing date the 30th day of May, A.D. 1972, and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 203, Page 1332, mortgaged u:~to
FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUI~EE and assigns, mortgagee, the pYe~ises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Two Million
1~ao Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,000.00) with interest as therein men:ioned:
APID WHEREAS, the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPt~RATION, has requested
the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BAI~1~ OF MILWAUKEE to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage:
NO~i THEREFOFE: KNOW YE, That the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATiOhAI. BANK OF
MILWAUKEE in consideration of the premises set forth herein and of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it paid by
the said FOP.T PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATIOV at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, does remise, release, -
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage
unto the said FORT PIER~E CONSTRIJGTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by ~
said.mortgage, to-wit: ~

according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records
Book 197, page 1482, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 198, page 996,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~nd further amended by
instrument recorded in Official Records Book 217, page 6, of the Public
~Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto,
together with an undivided interest in the coffion elements and limited comnon
elements thereof. ' _
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCfION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every
part thereor; Provided slWays, nevertheless, that r.othing herein cor.tained~
shall fn anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on_the remaining part of said mortgaged premises
~k not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
