KNOW ALL MEN BY TFiESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPOItATION, mortgagor, by Indenture
of Mortgage bearing date the 30th day of riay, A.D. 1972, and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 203, Page 1332, mortgaged unto
FIRST WISCOIVSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE and assigns, mortgagee, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Two Miliion
1~ao Nundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,0OO.OQ) with interest as therein mentioned;
AND WHEREAS, the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, has requested
the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWA'JKEE to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage:
:tOW THEREFORE: KNOW YE, That the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF
MILWAUKEE in consideration of the premises set forth herein and of the sum oi
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it paid by
the said FORT PiERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exenerate End discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage
unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGT ION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, be~ng a part of the premises convey~d by
said mortgage, to-wit:

accordin~ to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OfficiaZ Records
Book 197, page 1482, of Che Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 198, page 996,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and further amended by
instrument recorded in Official Records Book 211, page 6, of the Public
~Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together wi-th all appurtenances thereto,
together with an undivided interest in the co~on elements and limited consnon
elements thereof. ~ ~ ~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every
part thereof; Provided always, r.evertheless, that nothi~g herein,contained
shall in anywise impair, alter.or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises
not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
thereof. - -

has caused these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate sesl
