KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WNEREAS, FORT PIERCE CONSfRUGT ION CORPORATION, mortgagor, by Indenture
of Mortgage bearing date the 30th day of May, A.D. 1972, and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 203, Page 1332, mortgaged unto
FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE and assigns, mortgagee, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sura of T~ro Mi2lion
ltiao tiundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,000.00) with interest as therein mentionEd;
AND WHERFAS, the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGT ION CORPORATION, has requested
the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BAM: OF MILWAUKEE to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage:
NOW THEREFORE: KNOiW YE, That the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATION~`.L BANK OF
MILWAUI~B in consideration of the premises set forth herein and of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($1U.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it paid by
the said rORT PIERCE ~ONSTRUCTION CORPORATIOV at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage
unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns, all
that.piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by
said mortgage, to-wit; ~

according to the Declaration of Condominivm recorded in Official Records
Book 197, page~Z482, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as smended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book~198, page 996,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and further amended by
instrument recorded in Official Records Book 211, page 6, of the Public
~Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto,
together with an undivided interest in the common_eZements and limited cou~on
elements thereof. ⢠-

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every
psrt thereof; Provided always, nevertheless, that nothi:ig herein contained
shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the r~aining part of said mortgaged premises ,
not ~ereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder
thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE
has caused these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal
to be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, this
4th day of June A.D., 1973
