I hereby direct that my personal representative retain the
leqal services of my attorney, ROBERT J. STAMPFL, whose law offices
are presently maintained at 39 East 6 Street, Hialeah, Dade County,
Florida, as her attorney in connection with the probate of my Last .
Will and Testament and in connection with any other legal matters
pertaining to my estate. -
