BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, authorized to adminis- ~
ter oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appea~ed MARY H.
KUEHL, who, after first being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she was personally acquainted with FLORENCE L. WEIS and

CARL W. WEIS and knows of her own knowledge that said parties were
. divorced, each from the other, prior to the execution of that cer- ;
tain deed recorded in O.R. Book 52 at page 434, covering the fol- ;

lowing described property:
Lots 1 and 2 in Block No. 22 as shown on the plat of
SU1~II,.AND GARDENS, said plat having been recorded in the
offi oe of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Fort Pierce,
Florida, on September 10, 1947, in Plat Book 8, page
32.
Affiant further knows of her own knowledge that at the time
of the execution of the aforesaid deed that the said FLORENCE L.
