WEIEREAS, JEB ENTLRPRISES, INC. did file a certain Claim of Lien on
January 22, 1973, with reference to the following described property:
The West 200 feet of the North 390 feet of that part
of the NE~ of the SW~ lying East of U. S. #1, less
the North 25 feet~ all lying and being in Section 15,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, pubZic records of St.
~ Lucie County, Florida. (Parcel 21). ~

which said Claim of Lien was duly recorded in Official Record Book ~
210 page 542 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, RAY IEIN CONSTRUCTION, INC. as Principal and THE HOME
INDEI~IITY COMPANY, as Surety have filed a Bond to discharge said lien,
said bond having been filed in Official Record Book 215 at page
1484 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby certify the transfer of
the subject lien from the real propert.y described above to the Surety
Bond above described, and does further certify that a true copy ;
