GEORGE W. FALK, a majority of the surviving trustees as former directors
of-Ft. Pierce Beach Development Co., a dissolved Florida corporation,
hereinafter called the mortgagee, which term as used in every
instance shall include and denote the singlular and/or plural,
the masculine-and/or the feminine and the natural and/or arti- ~
ficial persons whenever and whereever the context so requires, '
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage executed by
JUDITH ANN ALLEN, a single waman
to FT. PIERCE BEACH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
dated the 15th day of February 1970 , recorded in the
office of the Clerk of'the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
C~unty, Florida, in Officrtal Records Book 183
Page 2695 . given to secure the principal sum of $ 2,400.OQ
evidenced by a promissory note . which mortgage encumbers
the following dexcribed property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 22, Block 7, FT. PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISION,
according to the revised plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 8, at Page 29 of the~Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
