instance shall include and denote the singlular and/or plural,

ficial persons whenever and whereever the context so requires,
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage executed by Hugh B.
Spires and Theresa L. Spires, his wife,

acknowledged Mar. 23, 1970,
dated the day of February, 19 7~ recorded in the
office of the Clerk of th~ Circuit Court of St. Lucie

evidenced by a promissory note , which mortgage encumbers
the following dexcribed property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit: .

according to the revised plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 8, at Page 29 of the_Yublic Records
