THIS INDENTURE, Witnesseth, that HELEN E, KOSHAR, an un-

and RUDY J. KOSHAR, an unmarried man and former husband of the
said HELEN E. KOSHAR, of 2081 Washington Avenue, St. Joseph, Michi-

and valuable consideration Quit Claim to RUDY J. KOSHAR, JR. , and

Florida, viz:
