AFFIDAVIT

per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, '
page 35, of the public records of St. 4
Lucie County, Florida, which property is
located in Section 26, Township 36 South, ;
Range 40 East `
Before me, the undersigned authority personally
appeared DANIEL O. FOX who, after first being duly sworn, ~
did depose and say: _
1. That his mailing address is Box 246, Louisville,
Mi.ssissippi 39339, and that he and his mother, Pattie
O'Guynn Fox, also known as Mrs. N. S. Fox, were the sole
survivi.ng heirs at law and sole beneficiaries under the
Will of his father N. Sherrill Fox, also known as N. S.
Fox, who passed away in September of 1950, while a resident
of the State of Mississippi.
2. That his mother, Pattie O'Guynn Fox, also known

as Mrs. N. S. Fox, passed away i-~ ~~e~+~e_ of 1960

while a resident of the State of Mississippi.
3. That his father, N. S. Fox, acquired an undivided
one-half interest in captioned property by virtue of that
certain warranty deed from Lane H. Jennings and Mary W.
Jennings, his wife, dated Apri2 14, 1947, and recorded in
Deed Book 133 at page 589 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
4. That on April 28, i956, by virtue of a warranty
deed recorded in Deed Book 213 at page 511 of the pubZic
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, he, joined by his ~
wife, Jo Ezell Fox, and his mother, Mrs. N. S. Fox, con- `
veyed the aforesaid undivided one-half interest of his
father to Janet Realty Co., Inc. ;
