is familiar with Ethel E. Krueger and that she is one and the
same person as Ethel N. Krueger and that title to the following
property was taken by Warranty Deed as Ethel E. Krueger and the
mortgage was executed by Ethel N. Krueger, and they are one and
the same person, and this Affidavit is made for the purposes of _
clarifyinq title to the following described real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
The East 200 feet of the West 400 feet of the
South 430 feet of.the SW ~ of the NE ~ of the
SE ~ of Section 13 Township 3S South Range 39
East; subject to any part thereof now in the
right-of-way of Graham Road (along the South
boundary of above tract).
