dated March 26, 1928 and recorded in Deed Book 78 at page S71 and

79 at page 36, conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida for right of ~

way purposes only, without valuable consideration, the hereinafter
described lands in said County; and
WHEREAS, said County has not used said lands for the
construction or maintenance of roads thereon and the adjoining lands
are owned by Raymond L. Hampton who has made written demand that
said rights of way be returned to him by quitclaim deed under the

provisions of Chapter 67-383, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1967. ~
WITNESSETH: That the said first party, pursuant to the
provisions of said Chapter'67-383, does hereby remise, release and
quitclaim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to
the following described lands in the County of St. Lucie, ~tate of ~
