WHERE~IS, VENTURE OUT IN MIERICA AT It~DIAN RIVER, It~C. (formerly known as HOLIDAY ~
OUT IN AMERICII AT ST. LUCIE, I~~C.), a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as
tt~e "Etortgager", by Indenture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R, Book 201, Page 1959, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida,.granted and conveyed to Cititens Rank of Palm Qeach County, West
Pal~i Qeach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "htortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
~hcrein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Two Hundred Thousand
(52Q0,000.00) Dollars, together with interest as specified therein; ;
AND WHEREAS, the~said Mortgagor has requested the said Nlortgagee to release the
premises hereiRafter described, being a part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien
and operation of said Mortgage; ~ ~
HOW, THEREFORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOILARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid, the_receipt of

the premises.
TO HAVE A~D TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the Mortgagor, its successors
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
t•',ortgage, and every part thereof; provided alYlays, nevertheless, that nothing herein
coniained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect lien or encumbrance of
