and LAKE YNDRIO CORFORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office oY the Clerk o~

2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain '
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being

hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit
