TOGETHER with all structures and improvemenis now and hereafier on said land and the fixtures attached
; thereto and aH ~ents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
within the foregoing deuription and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other hesting,
cooking, refrigerati~g, lighting, plumbing, ventilafing, ir~igating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereaNer pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even thougl~ they
may be detached or detachable. ~
IT IS IAUTUAILY COVENANTED AN~J AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
qaqor, the Mortgagee may hereafrer, at its option, at anyt;me within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-

~ further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additionat note then
