HomeMy WebLinkAbout1919 RESQLUTION NO. 73- 62 I WFIEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County Florida held a public hearing on the 12th day of June, 1973, after first publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune, at : i x Fort Pierce, Florida on the 24th day of May, 1973 on closing, vacating and abandoning that portion of the following described dedicated riqht of way, and renouncing and disclaiming any right of t St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within ~ 0 that portion of said right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida _ described as follows: That part of East Boulevard lying East of Navajo Avenue and West of Iroquois and that part of East ~ Boulevard lying East of Iroquois and West of Mohawk ~ and that part of East Boulevard lying East of ~ Mohawk and West of Seneca within the Flat of San Lucie Plaza, Unit I, Plat Book 5 at Page 57 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. and; WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to ~ closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing y and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in ` 'F and to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion , of the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest f . ~ of the pUblic to close, vac'ate and abandon said road and disclaim ~ i i ; and renounce any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and i ~ ~ ~ ; to the Iands lying within said rzght of way.
