To pay all aad aingular the taxea, assessments, levies, liabilities, obligations and incumbrances ot every nature and kind now on said deacribed property, and/or that hereaiter may be imposed, suftered, placed, levied or assesaed thereupon, and/or that hereafter may be levied or assessed upon this mortgage and/or the indebted- ness secured hereby, ~each and every, when due and payable according to law. be[ore they become delinqaent, and before any interest attaches or any penxlty is incuned; and in so far as any thereof is o[ record the same shall be prumpUy satisfied and ~ischarged of record and the origirial oftcial document (auch aa, for instance. Lhe tax receipt or tiie satisfaction paper ofrcially endorsed or certified) ahall be placed in the hands of said Mottgagee within ten days neat after payment; and in the event that any thereof is not so paid, sati9fied and discharged, said Mortgagee may at any time pay the same or any part thereo[ without waiszng or aftecting ' any optiDn, lien, equity or right under or bt ~~irtue o[ this mortgage, and the full amount of each and every such payment shall be immediately due and payable :?nd shall bear internst from the date thereof untii paid at the rate ot ten per centurn per annum and together with such interest shall be secured by the lien of thia mortgage. ` 3.
