WARRANTY DEED (Statutory Form-Section 689.02F.S.)
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 14 day of Jiu~e , 1973, Between
BANANAS, INC., a Tennessee corporation with its principal
office in Knoa Countq, State of Tennessee, grantor, and
WILLIAM A. PARKER and wife ELIZABETH M. PARKER, whose post
office address is Cedar Bluff Road, Knoaville, Tennessee
grantees. ~

WITNESSETH That said grantor for and in consideration of the sum of
