10. Borrower Not Released. ~;xtension of the ti~ue for ~~ayment or modification of amortiaation of the sums

13. Successors ~d Assigns Bouad; Joint ~d Several Liability; Captions. The covennnts and agreements

15. IIniforna Mortgaqe; Governing Law: Severability. This forni of mortgage combines uniform covenants
for nationai use and non-uniform covenants ~~itl~ limited variations I~y jurisdiction to constitute a uniform secu- ~
rity instrument covering real property. This \-iortgage shall be Roverned by the la~v of the jurisdiction in which f
j the Prnperty is located. In the event that ~ny provi~ion or clause of this ~Sortgage or thc I~Tote conflicts with =
applicable law, such conflict shall not affect other pro~•isions of tl~is \to;tgage or the Note which can be given
