WHEREAS, VEh?URE OUT IN MIERICA A7 INDIAN RIVER, IMC. (formerly lcnown as NOLIDAY
OUT IN AhiERICA AT S7. LUCIE, IttC.}, a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as
the "htortgagor", by Indentur•e bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, Page 1959, Public Records of St.
~ucie County, Florida, granted-and conveyed to Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, 4lest
Falm Geach, ~lorida, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
the?•ein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Two Hundred Thousand
($2G0,000.00) Dollars, together with interest as specified therein; ~
AND wHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested the said Mortgagee to release the ;
premises hereinafter described, being a part of said mortgaged premises, #hom the lien '
and operation of said Mortgage;
HOW, THEREFORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ~

TO NAYE AhD TO HOLD the sarre, with the appurtenances, unto the Mortgagor, its successors
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of-said

contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect lien or encumbrance of •
