according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records
Book 168, Page 1348, et. seq. of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
as amended by Agreement dated January 31, 1969 recorded in Book 175, Page 1682
et. seq. said Public Records ("Lot"). As provided for by the Condominium Act
of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711, et. seq. 1965 as subse-
quently amended)said description in this conveyances includes, but is not
limited to, all appurtenances to the condaminium parcel above described, in-
cluding the limited comnon elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided +
interest in the camion elements of said Condominium. ~
