For value reteived, I, we, or either of us, promise ta pay without defalcation, to the order of ~
f HARRlS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, at their offi4e in Fort Pierce, Florida, the sum of ; S-~~~ ...9~
with interest from date at the rate of 8' ~ % per annum, in monthiy instapments as follows:

day of each like succeeding month thereafier for a period of months, at which time the entire unpaid
~ balance becomes due and payabJe on demar~d.
~ A late payment charge of a 9• 80 , shall be added to each payment remaining unpaid 7 days after its
due date and a like sum shall be added to each such ~nstallment remaining unpaid 7 days after each sueceed-

I Each installment first shall be apptied in the payment ot the interes! and then on the unpaid balanc~e
~ ~ of the principal sum. If default is made in the payment of any installment when due, then at the option of
the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installmenis shall be due and payabte at once.
! Privilege is given to pay two or more installmenis at any insta(Iment maturity date, but this shall no1 extend
( the time of maturity of any subsequent installmeni. Neither forbearance, nor acceptar~ce by the hotder

Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointty a~d severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
~ ~ and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before
! or after maturity, wiihout notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, i~cluding a reasonable attor-
~ ~ ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives aii benefit of homestead and
; , exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
