FLOR/DA POWER & LJGHT COMPANY, a Florida corporation, the owner and holder of an Easement dated ~
July 2, i926 and recorded in __~ed__ ____Book _ 74. ,Pag~~00 &~Ql of the Public Records of

_ St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby releases said Easement as to the foliowing described property: '
A parcel of land ],ying in Sections 2~, Township 35 ~uth, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, s
Florida, being more part,icularly described as follows: s
rroan the Northwest corrier of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 27, run South
89° 15' S6" East, 130 feet for the point of beginning; thence run South 02° 04t 47" West
parallel with the West line of the East 1/2 of the Southeas~ I/4 of Section 2'l, 2650.21 feet
to the Sauth line of said Section 27; thence run South 89° 37' 20" East for a distance of
i203.35 feet along the South line of Section 2'l, to the Southeast corner; thence run Nor~th
02° 33' East along the East line of Secta.on 2'J, a distance of 2643.30 feet to the Southeast
corner of the Northeast.quarter of Section 2'j; thence run North ~9~ is~ 56~~ West into Section
27, 1224.82 feet to the goint of beginnirig. _

2.7, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying East of II. S. Highwa~y No. 1, less and excepting

and hereby agrees that from and after the date hereof the above described property shall be freed of said Easement and ;
the rights and privileges granted therein. This release applies only to the property specifically described herein and in no
way affects other lands, if any, covered by said Easement.
