Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230. page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein- f
after called the grantors, to FRANCIS P. TURNER and EZOLA J. TURNER.

WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, ~

situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
