SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizcns Fede~al Savings and loan Association of St. lucie Counry, a
cerporation under the laws of the U~ited States of Ame~ica, the owner of a cerlain mortgage given by B. L.
Holman and Madel ine Holman, his wife dated July 1 1, ~q69 , and recorded ~
in the public records of S t. Luc i e Cou~ty, florida, in Official Retord Book 178 on page
2181 , seturing the payment of the sum of
Thirteen thousand five hundred and no/100--------------------------Dollars(E 13,500.00 )
covering property in the County of S t. Luc i e , Florida, doth he~eby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and ihe no~e secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and ~elease and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, a~d doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said Counry to cancel the same of reco~d.
