existing under the laws of the state of DELAWARE, party of the first part in consideration
of the sum of TEN DOLLARS and other valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of
PHIPPS-NARRINGTON CORPORATION-FLORIDA
garty of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these present~, the
receipt whereof.is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer
and set over unto the said party of the second part that certain mortgage bearing date the

in favor of PHIPPS-HARRINGTON CORPORATION-FIORIDA d/b/a FIRST ORLANDO MORTGAGE COMPANY
and recorded under Clerk's No. 255666 , Public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said County
