state of DELAWARE, a party of the first part in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS and other valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of
FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION

according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 56
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
