WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable consideratio~s, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafier described, the Mortgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, aiien, remise, release, convey, and mnfirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possession, situate in the County of
St. LuCl.e , State of Florida, to-wit:

to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat

~ TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said Iqnd and the fixtures attached ~
~ thereto and aH rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included ~

gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anyt~me within twenty ~20) years from the date hereof and be-
~ fore full nayment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortqaqor and any such
~ further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
~ unpaid, and the total amou~t of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
~ ro time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time sfiall not exceed the maximum principal sum of
